Welcome to the 2014 Montgomery County Revaluation Project website. As County Auditor, I am required by the State of Ohio to reappraise all property in the county once every six years. The last revaluation was for tax year 2008 and the next is for tax year 2014 (payable 2015). The website is intended to provide an overview of the 2014 Montgomery County Revaluation Project.
